What we collect

We only ask for the information we genuinely need in order to help you. Through this website we collect:

  • Booking form — your name, email address, contact number, current visa, the visa you are considering, occupation, age, your preferred consultation channel, date and time, and what you would like to discuss
  • Anything you send us directly by phone, email or KakaoTalk
  • Server logs — IP address, browser information and the time of the request, which we look at only for security and troubleshooting

Why we collect it

We do not use your information for any other purpose. We do not send marketing email and we do not sell personal information.

  • To receive and confirm your booking and to arrange a time
  • To respond to your enquiry
  • To conduct the consultation and carry out any visa work that follows
  • To create and keep the records required by law and by the Code of Conduct
  • To keep this website secure and to diagnose faults

By submitting a form you consent to us collecting and using your information as set out in this policy.

Overseas Transfer & Third Parties (APP 8)

We do not sell your personal information. We use the third-party providers listed below to operate this website, and personal information may be stored and processed outside Australia as a result.

  • Vercel — hosting and deployment
  • Neon — managed database in which bookings are stored
  • Resend — sending booking notification email

Disclosure to others

We do not share personally identifying information publicly or with third parties, except:

  • Where you instruct or authorise us to lodge material with the Department of Home Affairs, the Administrative Review Tribunal (ART) or another relevant body
  • Where disclosure is required by law or by a legal process
  • To the service providers listed under “Overseas Transfer & Third Parties” above

Security

All traffic to this website is encrypted over HTTPS. Booking information can only be read from an authorised administrator account, and access is limited to the people who need it for their work.

We protect your information by commercially acceptable means against loss and theft, as well as unauthorised access, disclosure, copying, use or modification. No method of transmission over the internet or of electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

How long we keep it

We keep the information we collect only for as long as it is needed for the purpose it was collected for.

Access, correction and deletion

Under APP 12 and APP 13 you may ask to see the personal information we hold about you and to have it corrected. Email us at the address at the end of this policy and we will respond within a reasonable period, once we have verified your identity.

This website links to sites operated by others, including the Department of Home Affairs, OMARA, Google Maps and KakaoTalk. Those sites have their own privacy practices, over which we have no control and for which we cannot accept responsibility.
